The North of England Community Alliance wants to make a positive difference to the lives of people in the North East, North West and Yorkshire. However, unlike the larger parties, we are reliant on local people not financial backers with deep pockets, such as big business or unions.
What we need are supporters who believe that together we can make a difference. Please, help in any way you can.
The Alliance maintains a list of organisations where simultaneous, or even past, membership may be a barrier to membership of the North of England Community Alliance.
A proscribed organisation is one where simultaneous membership of the Alliance and one of these organisations would lead to an automatic rejection of the application.
Where the individual has previously been a member of any of the proscribed organisations, it is likely that the application would be rejected but should be referred to the Executive Council for approval.

Other Restricted Organisations
There are a number of organisations, which are not proscribed, so past membership would not normally be a barrier but simultaneous membership would need to be approved by the Executive Council. Past membership of one of these organisations would not normally be a barrier for membership of the North of England Community Alliance.
