The North of England Community Alliance exists to improve the lives of people living in the North East, North West and Yorkshire regions of England. We are registered with the Electoral Commission and work to support local community based political parties and independent campaigners for change.

North of England Community Alliance

Working for You

Our Aims

With devolution to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and London, the North of England has been left behind. With a population greater than Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, covering an area larger than Wales and Northern Ireland and containing five of the eight English core cities, the North of England has no voice at the heart of Government.

While Scotland has been able to dominate the political agenda through its independence referendum and punch well above its weight, the North East, North West and Yorkshire & the Humber have been failed by successive Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democrat governments.

We were formed with the aim of giving a strong voice for the people of the North of England in all of our town halls and at Westminster creating regional assemblies elected by proportional representation. We support the election of community based citizens to replace the career politicians who pack out our councils and Parliament.

We want to:

We want all communities to have real influence over their lives.  By promoting the contribution of the North East, North West and Yorkshire to the global community, we can make the North of England truly great again.
